Need help with calculus question from the mathematicians please?!!?
Two boats leave their docks at the same time and travel along the same path. Ship A leaves a dock off the coast of Spain traveling west. Ship B leaves a dock off the coast of Pennsylvania traveling east. Since the two ships are traveling towards each other they must determine at which time they will meet to avoid a collision- the distance between the two docks is 3,000 miles - ship A is traveling at 80 miles per hour and ship b is traveling at 100 miles per hour - at what exact point in time will they meet?
