Can someone rate my magic the gathering deck?

The list you show is bad. It is a bunch of cards of different colors that do not combine well. Pick one color, 2 at most, and stick with that. Generally blue/white have good CIP abilities. I also suggest using more than 1 of each card to increase your chances of drawing it.
