My blue/white mtg deck?

wow, im am very sorry to say, but from a 1 to 10, i would give this deck a 3, maybe a 4. Im not sure if i even found a theme to this deck... like the only 2 cards i could see that could go together are Jace Beleren, Traumatize, and memory erosion because they mill your opponents decks for cards. but seriously, before you make a deck, you might want to pick a theme to build it on. Many people make these decks, and it will be their downfall because stuffing beefy rare monsters is nothing unless you think of combos to put them with. dont be offended, i tend to give pretty rough constructive criticism. And another tip, you could use a little more plains, maybe increasing it from 4 to 8.
