Could my brother change?

My brother hates himself. He says that he is forgetful, very sinful, and has bad communications skill. He has few friends, and people in church laugh at him. He gets jealous of everyone, particularly people that are athletic, and isn't good at sports, except ultimate frisbee and soccer. He likes Pokemon, and has a pion for reptiles. He does not ask for help when he needs it. I think the reason why is that when he was little, he would ask for help, but most of the time, help was not given to him. He takes Christianity very seriously, reads the BIble, prays everyday, and I notice that his faith gets better after every Sermon in Church. He likes Starfield, Escape the Fate, Coldplay, and Daughtry. He says he is weird. One thing he hates so much is when he does something weird, they laugh at him and claim he is funny. I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE SAY THAT TO HIM! I actually beated up someone for doing that to my brother, and he got a nose fracture. He is religious(I think he is). Because people laugh at him and claim he is funny for being weird, he has told me wants to stop going to church, or to the best of his liking, not go to church at all. Could he change who he is? Or come to be satisfied about himself?
