If modest, teach it Surf, Draco Meteor, Roost, Safeguard. It's Vespiquen by the way, and it is fine. Milotic, stabs, Mirror Coat, dragon move, good also. Porygon, depends on how you EV trained it but sturdy to me. Charizard. Kill one of the two Fire Moves Heat wave or Blast Burn, add Earthquake if you can take it. Tyranitar, strong and unbeatable. Overall Good Mixture of types 10/10!
