High blood pressure, can someone check?

all you've done here is use more words to say exactly what you said before. High blood pressure does NOT damage arterial walls, they are designed to handle high pressures. Damage is caused by inflammation, this leads to plaque build up and the potential for obstruction. Find the cause of the inflammation, you find the cause for heart attack, and that is usually the lack of nitric oxide, not blood pressure. Heart attacks occur in people with low blood pressures all the time.
