What to do for my best friends wedding? How does the maid of honor ( me!) help when I live far away? Ideas?

My best friend is getting married in five months, she asked me to be the maid of honor, she knows I don't have the money to travel there twice, but I'm racking my brain trying to think of something I can do for her from afar?? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
