Please help me with our 2 month old?!?!?

Alright we have a 2 month old son and im not sure whats wrong with him. We only have a handful of pediatricians in the area and trust me ive talked with all of them and no one seems concerned but me and my hubby. Hes extreamly fussy all of the time, he never wants to sleep, hes always hungry, he doesnt sleep at all during the day or at night, when he finally does fall asleep, he sleeps for about 15 mins and wakes up screaming and crying like hes in pain. Ive tried gas drops that doesnt help him at all, ive tried some tylenol that does nothing, ive tried colic tablets that again does nothing. I have no idea whats wrong with him. Hes been so difficult to handle. Hes been put on Similac Alimentum and has been on that for about a month now. Does anyone know what Soy formula is like, what is it good for. How do you know a baby needs soy? Like isomil? THANKS SO MUCH!!
