Medical malpractice?

I was seeing a military doctor, then sent me to three doctors in the first 5 months, I saw a midwife, then i saw a midwife again, not knowing i wasnt supposed to (i had twins), then they sent me to the complications ob, then they sent me to the last ob. I almost missed my quad screening because they didnt order it for me until the second visit. THey didnt do a dialation check when they were supposed to, they just said to have them do it at the next one, a month later. Normally when you are having twins you are seen more frequently but she was still seeing me every 4 wks. I had my appointment end of november, they were going to schedule me gor jan 7 to see my doc, I opted to see someone else on dec 28, instead I moved was in the preocess of getting my ob set, and gave birth due to twin to twin transfusion on jan 4. One baby had lots of problems and ped, the other one almost ped at birth. Is there anything I can do?
