okay i am in track and field and i eat about 3000 calories a day. you might think thats a lot but here is my exercise regiment. i wake up get breakfest go on the computer then stretch. after that i weight lift. then after that i go on a jog then i run up and down staris and pratice my 40 yard dash and some times 100 meter is that a good exercise a day or is it not
