I'm so nervous can someone help me out????

Ok so i went and got bloodwork done at 16 weeks, it was my maternal quad panel??? Okay they told me that it came back abnormal (positive) Which means that my baby COULD have something wrong. How many here came back abnormal, and still had healthy babies. I'm so worried.
