I have a small umbilical hernia?

I'm like 99% sure because I have the discomfort, the lump, everything adds up. I really really REALLY REALLY don't want surgery, but from what I've read I may have to =[ Is there any alternative to getting surgery?? I'm only 19, it's not fair that I have to get surgery already. It's just not. I've dealt with so much already.
