I have a 1990 Buick LeSabre and it chugs at 20-25 mph, 50-55 mph and 65-70 mph, what is the problem?

I changed jobs and I have been driving it more and for longer distances. We have driven this car for years without any problems. The fuel filter has been changed in the last two weeks.
