Help! Tsubasa Chronicles?

I have finished watching TC, all 52 eps, the movie and the 3 eps of OVA and the first thing that came to my mind was. WHAT THE HELL!!!! i am really confused. The Syaoran who traveled with Fai, Kurogane, and Sakura, is he the copy or the real Syaoran? Can someone explain what happened?
