Does Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for the Wii have Create-A-Championship mode (read details below)?

So, I went to Amazon.com and read the description of Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for the Wii and it specifically says "Create a Championship Belt and then set up your own PPV to defend it. Be careful - lose a match and lose your Championship, as it will transfer to the other player's memory card!"....but after I bought it and put it in, THERE WAS NO CREATE A CHAMPIONSHIP MODE...what the eff? does the Wii version not have it, even though Amazon says it does...
