Any feedback on wholesale from www.salehoo.com?

I'm looking for a good source of wholesales to supply me with chic stylish bags to sell online. Someone recomended me to source for the wholesaler through www.salehoo.com. I need to pay upfront for this service, and would like to know if anyone has used this service and if it really provides good quality wholesalers.
